Terms of Use

These terms cover the Prayer Flip app and prayerflip.com. Apple’s purchase sheet remains the controlling source for every App Store transaction.

By downloading or using Prayer Flip (“the App”), you agree to these terms. These terms also cover your use of prayerflip.com.

Use of the App and website

The App provides daily Christian devotional content designed for parents. You may use the App and website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Completing onboarding does not create an account or purchase. After onboarding, access to the devotional experience requires a current Premium subscription or a previously purchased Lifetime entitlement recognized by Apple.

Content

Bible verses in Prayer Flip are sourced from public-domain translations: the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), World English Bible (WEB), and King James Version (KJV). Reflections, prayers, and actions are original content created for Prayer Flip.

Subscriptions and Premium access

Prayer Flip offers Weekly, Monthly, and Annual auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. All three plans unlock the same Premium features. There is no permanent free tier after a trial or entitlement expires.

  • Prayer Flip Annual: the approved United States launch price is $59.99 per year. Eligible customers may receive a seven-day introductory trial.
  • Prayer Flip Monthly: the approved United States launch price is $29.99 per month. Eligible customers may receive a seven-day introductory trial.
  • Prayer Flip Weekly: the approved United States launch price is $5.99 per week. Weekly has no free trial and charges immediately.

Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility for the subscription group. A customer receives at most one introductory offer within that group. Trial-ineligible Annual and Monthly customers are charged immediately according to Apple's purchase sheet.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can review, change, or cancel through Prayer Flip's Settings > Manage Subscription row or Apple's subscription-management screen.

Family Sharing is not enabled for Prayer Flip subscriptions. Existing verified Annual subscribers retain access under their Apple entitlement. Lifetime Access is no longer offered to new customers, but a verified prior Lifetime purchase continues to unlock Premium and remains available through Restore Purchases.

App Store Connect, Apple's purchase sheet, and the subscription terms Apple shows before confirmation are authoritative. If any price, eligibility statement, offer, or renewal term on this website differs from Apple's purchase sheet, Apple's terms control.

Restore Purchases, cancellation, and refunds

Restore Purchases asks Apple to refresh verified Weekly, Monthly, Annual, and prior Lifetime entitlements. Prayer Flip cannot cancel a subscription or issue a refund. Apple handles purchases, trials, offer codes, renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and refunds under Apple's terms.

Intellectual property

Original reflections, prayers, actions, artwork, and design elements in Prayer Flip are the property of Angel L Rodriguez. Except for the limited front-card sharing permission below, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's original content without written permission.

Front-card sharing

Prayer Flip may let you generate a branded front-card image containing a devotional title, public-domain Bible verse, reference, translation label, artwork, and app branding. You may share the complete image generated by the App for personal, non-commercial use.

This permission does not authorize distribution of reflections, prayers, actions, standalone artwork, bulk card extracts, or the full devotional library outside the generated front-card image. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have in public-domain Bible text.

God Lock

God Lock is a voluntary focus aid. A session begins only after you choose to start it. Prayer-time notifications do not lock apps automatically, and Emergency Unlock remains available during every session. God Lock is not a parental-control, security, device punishment, or device-management guarantee, and it does not create an irreversible lock.

God Lock relies on Apple's FamilyControls and ManagedSettings capabilities. Some behavior requires a supported physical Apple device and cannot be demonstrated in Simulator.

Limitation of liability

Angel L Rodriguez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or website.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will revise this page and its Last updated date when changes are made. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
